  • We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached for either a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. 
  • We offer free shipping on all domestic returns that are within the 30 delivery days of your shipment. If the return is postmarked after 30 days of the order delivery date we will not be able to accept the return. 
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns between 15-30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit only.  Returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a $6.99 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and processed.
  • All products must be returned with the original garment tags and unworn. Swim products must be returned with original garment tags, unworn, and hygienic liners still attached. 
  • Final sale is noted on the product page and are not returnable.
  • Returns can take 5 to 7 business days to process.
  • We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.

  • Gift with Purchase Policy: For a limited time, customers who spend over $250 receive a free AFRM Tote Bag as a gift with purchase. Please note that in the case you choose to return items from your order for a full refund that cause your order's total value to fall below the $250 threshold required to qualify for the free gift, it will be required for you to return the free tote bag. Gift with purchase items cannot be exchanged for a different product and this promotion is only valid while supplies last.
