SUMMER PROMO RETURN POLICY

  • Summer Sale 50% off sitewide promotion is valid from 7/16/2026 through 7/20/2026. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotions. All purchases made during the Summer Sale are final sale. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or requests for full or partial refunds on items purchased during this promotional period. RETURN REQUIREMENTS 

  • We accept returns on items in original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered) with all tags attached
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
  • We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided
  • Gift with Purchase Policy: For a limited time, customers who spend over $250 receive a free AFRM Tote Bag as a gift with purchase. Please note that in the case you choose to return items from your order for a full refund that cause your order's total value to fall below the $250 threshold required to qualify for the free gift, it will be required for you to return the free tote bag. Gift with purchase items cannot be exchanged for a different product and this promotion is only valid while supplies last.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

  • We offer returns on all U.S. orders that are within the 30 delivery days of your shipment
  • All returns must be submitted through our return portal
  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing

CHECKOUT+ RETURN POLICY

  • If Checkout+ is selected at checkout:
  • Checkout+ is an optional protection add on at checkout that includes free returns, exchanges, store credit, and coverage for lost or damaged packages
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Returns submitted within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to your original payment method
  • Returns submitted between 15–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange only
  • Purchasing Checkout+ is non refundable 

RETURNS WITHOUT CHECKOUT+ POLICY

  • If Checkout+ is not selected at checkout:
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Returns submitted within 14 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to your original payment method. A one time $9.99 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds
  • Returns submitted between 15–30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Store credit and exchanges are free and will not be subjected to the $9.99 restocking fee
