Return Policy & Instructions
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All products must be returned with BOTH hang tags intact and attached to the garment, unworn, and in the original packaging. Final Sale items do not qualify for return, exchange or store credit. Returns and exchanges can take 5 to 7 business days to process, once the package is received.
AFRM monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies, and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Domestic USA Orders:
Enjoy free UPS 5-7 business day Ground Shipping both ways on all orders within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are also offered, and should be ordered before 2pm PST to ensure timely delivery. You have the option to request a required signature upon delivery of your package in the notes section in your shopping cart. All orders valued at over $500 will automatically be shipped with signature delivery confirmation required.
AFRM offers free shipping and free return shipping on all orders totaling $200 or more, after discounts are applied and not including tax, to addresses within our international shipping regions, including Canada, Mexico, EU, UK, Israel, UAE, Asia and Australia. Additional customs charges may apply. For qualifying orders, please contact Customer Service to request your free return label at email@example.com or use the chat button at the bottom right of the website.
First, sign into your account. If you checked out as a guest when completing your order, either create an account or contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
Once you've signed in, select the order from which you wish to return items then select "Start a Return."
Within the return platform, your options will be to (1) return the product for a refund (unless the item is Final Sale) or (2) exchange the item for another size. When you receive your confirmation email, you will also be offered an "Instant Refund" which will immediately advance a credit to you to use on shopafrm.com.
