Return Policy & Instructions

  • We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached for either a refund, store credit, or a one-time exchange. 
  • We offer free shipping on all domestic returns.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns submitted between 15-30 days of delivery are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
  • Returns to the original form of payment will be subject to a $6.99 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund once your return has been received and processed.
  • All US customers who wish to return for an exchange or store credit are eligible for free returns.
  • All products must be returned with the original garment tags and unworn.
  • Final sale is noted on the product page and are not returnable.
  • Returns can take 5 to 7 business days to process.
  • We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost during the return process unless a tracking number with proof of delivery is provided.

  • Gift with Purchase Policy: For a limited time, customers who spend over $200 receive a free AFRM Tote Bag as a gift with purchase. Please note that in the case you choose to return items from your order that cause your order's total value to fall below the $200 threshold required to qualify for the free gift, it will be required for you to return the free tote bag. Gift with purchase items cannot be exchanged for a different product and this promotion is only valid while supplies last.
